OT 64 Scot The OT-64 SCOT (Skot) is a Czechoslovakian-designed 8x8 wheeled armored personnel carrier that was widely used by the Czechoslovakian and Polish armies during the Cold War. It was also exported to several other countries. The SCOT was designed for transporting troops and equipment across rough terrain and can carry up to 18 fully equipped soldiers. It is armed with a 14.5mm KPVT heavy machine gun mounted on a roof turret for self-defense. The SCOT is amphibious and is powered by a diesel engine, giving it a top speed of 80 km/h on land and 9 km/h in water.
