Delivery

Delivery of 3D models is carried out by sending a link for downloading a 3D file to the buyer's email address specified when placing an order on the site.

Order processing time can be up to 12 hours from the date of payment.

The link to download the 3D model will be active for two weeks.

3D models are electronic goods, therefore they are not subject to exchange and return.

In case of detection of errors in the purchased 3D model, we will make corrections for free.
