Saint Hypatius

Saint Hypatius Saint Hypatius was a 4th-century Christian martyr and saint. He is often depicted in Orthodox icons as a young man holding a martyr"s palm and standing in a pose of prayer or worship. Saint Hypatius is venerated for his faithfulness to Christ and his willingness to endure persecution and martyrdom for his beliefs. He is often invoked by the faithful for courage and strength in times of trial. His feast day is celebrated on June 13th in the Eastern Orthodox Church.
