Carved side insert with double-headed eagle and floral ornament vertical carved insert designed for use in iconostases or decorative architectural compositions. The central part is decorated with a deep niche with an arched finish, framed by a complex floral ornament. In the lower part there is a bas-relief depicting a double-headed eagle under a crown, a symbol of power and the Byzantine tradition. The upper arched part is complemented by the symbol of Christ (Chi-Ro) and a lattice element. The details of the frame are richly decorated with flowers, acanthus leaves and swirls.
