Royal Gates with icons of the Evangelists and scenes of the Annunciation in high-relief technique The solemn royal gates, made in the canonical style with rich iconography, including key scenes of the Orthodox tradition. The upper part of the doors is crowned with a multi-stage arch with carved compositions of the Annunciation: Archangel Gabriel and the Blessed Virgin Mary are represented at the moment of the annunciation, framed by architectural elements and cloud motifs. Below are six rectangular icons with figures of the four Evangelists and two additional scenes from the New Testament, each of which is made in high relief with detailed elaboration of clothing, architecture and poses. The doors are separated by a vertical arch with ornate columns supported by figured bases with floral ornaments. The top of the arch is decorated with a vine symbolizing the blood of Christ and the spiritual life, as well as a round medallion with the image of the Lamb and the cross. The model is ideally suited for temple iconostases, emphasizing the sacred significance of the entrance to the altar space.
